Why OurSight exists — and the belief that every athlete deserves to understand their own film.
The problem
The film should outlast the hardware it was shot on.
Most film systems ask a program to commit early — a specific camera, a subscription, a next-day wait for footage, drawings that live only inside one platform. OurSight starts from the opposite position.
Coaches can download games, any camera works, and coaching starts the day it's filmed.
From the founder
Why OurSight was built.
OurSight started after a tournament weekend — watching how much our players had grown all season, and realizing most athletes never truly understand their own game film until college, if ever. Every athlete deserves that sooner: to see themselves play, understand the game, and have their film, messaging, scheduling, and training in one place — so they're in the driver's seat of their own growth. What you teach shouldn't die on Sunday; the film reinforces it, and you can prescribe the next step. It's the tool I wish my coaches had.
